Meterbox problem

Hi I'd like to report something from my house and eskom. I reported my meter box 2 months ago and eskom people came through which they didn't check the pole or my meterbox. They gave me a paper with reference that's not clear that I should pay R6000. R6000 For what when they didn't check the problem. I called today and they gave me two 20 numbers that I should punch in which they didn't work. So now I don't know what to do🤔🤔
