Meter problem

Am 2 weeks without electricity i called and called got ref from A-z still nothing. My story moved in a brand new flat bought units meter rejected them called eskom they said my meter is locked cause of low buying unit cause it showing the meter was active from Dec2021 and i explain tgat i just moved in and the said they will investicate which they did and said they will sent people to fix it still now no one has come
