meter number not spported

on the 22 march i tried to buy electricity for my meter and was supprised to be told that my meter number was not supported i slept without electricity snd inconvininience of not having hot water to bath with and no food or proper clothes to wear i have made a call to eskom to report this matter and spoke to consultant by the name of Bongi and promised to call me back i really hope issue gets resolved cause i cant go another night
