Meter number not registered, beyond poor service

They don't even deserve start I phoned for complain about my meter number not registered and I can't buy electricity anywhere they issue has not been sorted until today, they don't even deserve a star I'm currently in darkness I can't buy electricity anywhere that's why alot of people are cheating electricity it's because of such things, all the shops spar, boxer says my meter number not registered
