Meter box rejecting token

I am utterly dissapointed in Eskom. We have recieved new meter boxes in braamfischerville in December. I have called eskom several times asking for the 40 numbers so I can put in my electricity. It keeps rejecting the 40 numbers and the electricity bought. I get sent from pillar to post....now im being told that my meter box is under investigation as I havent bought electricty of which Inhave but does not go through. I getting no help from Eskom at all. 2 YEARS WITH ELECTRICITY AND STILL AFTER RECIEVING THE DAMN METER BOXES ITS A STRUGGLE
