Meter box problem

Bad service from Bela Bela Eskom, I reported faulty last week Thursday 21/01/2025 even today no one assisted us. We are sitting with no power, we even took our meter box to them on 23/01 and they refused to check what's wrong with the box. They said they will send some technician but no one came, every day when I call to do follow up,they keep saying technician are on the. This is really frustrating,we even lost hope that we will have power again
