Meter box not working

I have a challenge with my meter box. It gives the con error message when I want to load electricity. I logged a complain on the 10/07/2023 @15pm. I waited for the technician and they never came. On the 11/07/2023 I then followed up using eskom customer chat room and was assured that technician will attend to my problem. Now it's over 24 hours and still no one has attended to my problem. I then sent email to customer service and was told that technician attended my problem which is not true.

Kindly assist me because I still don't have electric
