Meter box makes Sparks we need new meter box

I'm Letlhogonolo, it's been more than 2 years reporting to eskom about their meter box which has been giving us problems... firstly we reported that we can't buy electricity in our local shops or any other store besides petrol station and we stay 2 hours away from the town so just imagine paying R120 for a taxi to town for R100 electricity and when we report to our closet eskom office in Rustenburg town they tell us that the box is not registered and claim to fix it even now it's f$+&ked up we can't get free covid-19 units due to this, they gave us plenty of reference numbers but no way forward. Secondly the meter box traps, it traps even when you plugged fridge and 1.7L cattle and sometimes when it traps it makes Sparks on the metter box, it'll catch fire one day, please honourable people help us with a new metter box before we die....if you can't help us come and disconnect your box...our life come first...
