Meter Blocked

Hi,<br> <br> On buying Electricity via EFT from PrePaid24 being the 10 April, I was informed that my Meter was Credit Controlled by my supplier, Eskom. I contacted Eskom immediately and received a call from Bassie Basson the next day. He said he did not why but my Meter was not Registered and I had to send through my ID and FICA<br> details which I did. He sent me an eMail on the 13 April and said he had handed over my details to the relevant department and now nothing. Still waiting for Eskom to sort out. The Reference No I received from Eskom is: *** being 10 April. My Meter No: ***. We are in Sunningdale and can not access the Eskom Office in Du Noon because of the riots in the area at present.<br> <br> Kind Regards,<br> <br> GALE WILLIAMS
