Meter

I called to report our meter on the 18 may and I was given a reference and I was told that they will send some in 72 hours, I then called again on the 21 may and was told someone was coming on that day. Today is the 9th of June I called again and was given a new reference and was told that the other 1 was too old so I asked that lady if the "old" ref was canceled and she told me I'm disrespectful and I kept asking if the old case was closed she told me I was rude and I'm a child. The service is very bad and we are stuck with a meter that is not working
