Mabopane eskom not helping

I have never been so disappointed by the Mabopane eskom centre. We've been calling, sending emails, going to the offices and even using this useless chatbot of theirs but nothing. The number that is even put on the website it always takes you to voicemail. How can we even expect good service from them when they even fail to correct such a minor thing. When we go to the offices the *********** staff members would tell you that the system is offline or the person who's supposed to assist the not in (working from home). These people forget that they were once unemployed and now that they have the jobs, they are not doing what is expected from them as per their job descriptions. But worry not because people of higher power have received our escalations emails regarding this issue, and people not doing their job.
