Low Voltage Eskom says there's nothing it can do

I am a resident of Welgeval Village in the North West, since 2015 we have been complaining about low voltage in this area no help. We have lodged complains in all this 6 years with Eskom headquarters and local Mogwase Eskom including Rustenburg branch.

To date I have bought two fridges, replaced compressor twice due to them being damaged by this low voltage. Maximum voltage is 100v which you get for less than an hour beside 36volts is what we live by.

Eskom tells us there's nothing they can do it's transformer. So a standard house in SA must have 240v-250v. So want to understand if there's nothing Eskom can do, what must we do? This voltage makes life difficult even worse in this economy state food prices up you buy to eat because you can't store anything
