Long wait for the meter to be moved from old house

Good day, <br> I have since app**** for my meter to be moved by Eskom and have thus paid the required amount in may. The payment was done on the 07th May 2015, amount of R1775.00 an was given the following Reference number: FA=*** and I have been waiting since. I made follow ups on the following dates: 21/10/2015,5/11/2015 on this dates I have visited Eskom with no success .They gave me another reference number FA: *** and was told that they will come and till today I am still waiting. the meter move is done in the same yard, from the old house to the newly built house. can you please assist as I want to move in my new house and cannot do so because of lack of electricity in that house Today on the 24th November I called Eskom in Temba and was sent from pillar to post and was given attitude by Mrs Dintwe secretary of Mr Motshwene..she told me she is just an admin she doesn't work with Meter move.
