Logged Call being Rejected

I'm really helpless now, its almost 2 weeks without electricity at Kaalfontein and people end up striking, after the strike when we log a call to Eskom they are saying they will never come to fix it because it has been declared red area, my question is...its been two days after the strike, still when I log calls they said they can't help us. And when I asked them when will it be declared a safe area??? they said Don't know, I mean who suppose to know then, Can Eskom put the info on their website or social media pages to at least provide us with such information, on when do they decide to come to an area and fixed after the strike cause even the strike was caused by delay of service delivery. the funny part about it is that Eskom vehicles are being spotted around the area but not a technician will come to fix because of its not a safe area.
