Lodging complain against eskom workers

Hi I experienced a problem with electricity in my village where I'm staying. I want to lodge a complain against eskom workers because they came to my place where I'm staying with the pole and meter box and when they arrived they didn't store them in my house they said they will come back when others are having electricity but they never came back now my other neighbours are having electricity and I'm not having electrticity cos they never came back to insert the pole and meter box for me so that I can be able to use electricity like others. Now I'm still staying in the dark with no electricity. And wen I went to eskom to put my name for me to get electricity it was December 2018 last year and now wen I tried to go to eskom to explain what those eskom workers did to me. No one wanted to assist they just said those eskom workers ****** me they were supposed to insert the pole and electricity meter box that day when they came in March but I didn't know that they were robbing me cause I don't know the procedure that eskom is using. I really need assistance with this matter cause I don't think is legal for those eskom workers to rob me like that and is not fair for me to continue to leave in the dark whereas my name was appearing at eskom in the system that I must get the electricity pole and meter box.
