loadshedding till after scheduled time has expired

Good day<br> <br> I live in Reddy Avenue Grassy Park, we had load shedding scheduled for Grassy Park from 18:00 - 20:30 but when time for load shedding expired it came on for literally 2mins and off again for the rest of the night, the surrounding avenues went back on as per schedule but the rest of us in Grassy Park stayed in darkness, this is the 2nd time it's happening and it is unacceptable and a huge inconvenience!<br> <br> Please urgently contact me regarding the above and an explanation why this happened and if it's going to happen again in future.<br> <br> What numbers do we phone to have our electricity turned on should it happen again.<br> <br> I await your swift reply hereto.<br> <br> regards<br> <br> Moira Beukes
