Load shedding can course death in asthmatics

Due to load shedding it is very difficult for asthmatics who's life depend on a neubilizer for oxygen. And not only asthmatics many other sicknesses that require medical machines that need the use of electricity. Well I am ashmatic and especially now in winter I need to use my neubilizer often in order to breath again. And every time I require to use my neubilizer load shedding happens. I am very upset because my life depends on that machine and if there is no electricity what do I do? I am not aware of any provision that was made for people in such situations. It is scary because my life depends on it and so many other people as well.
