LOAD-SHADED TECHNICIANS

THIS IS THE EMAIL I HAD SENT :

Good day Arend

This is with great disappointment that I have to ask you about the sufficiency of your job.

I am ....................... from Ivory Park ( you probably wouldn’t know the place since you don’t bother yourself with providing good services ).

We have timelessly reported faults with the customer service with no luck.

I agree, techs did come to our place but did absolutely nothing.

What techs did:

· (180628 771)First tech : said there wasn’t enough equipment and left.

· (180 678 706)Second tech : Did not action anything, just went up, touched nothing, came back to tell us there was nothing wrong and he left. They come in packs of two, what exactly does the other guy in the car do?

If there really was not anything wrong, couldn’t he at least called on anyone to help in checking if our connections weren’t interrupted.

I have currently logged on the fault (180 742 896)

Mind not, I still have to call again after 3hours, 6 hours so you can only imagine how many times I have called in.

Trust me, if another technician comes and tells us this nonsense, action shall be in order.

I would really hate taking commuters to come there and make disruption . We are adults.

We are running on the fourth day

Your respond/ action in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
