Load Reduction Misconduct

I have a serious grievance when it comes to Eskom and the implementation of it’s load reduction. Quite frankly, the power utility is honestly being unfair when it comes to the implementation of load reduction at Pimville Zone 6 , Bester. There’s been several repeated occasions where the power is not brought back in its scheduled time. At first it was an 30min - an hour delay, but it appears the power utility has gotten quite used to this and recently on brought back electricity at 2am when it was scheduled to be only take from 5pm - 10pm. It’s honestly appalling and distasteful the conduct that’s being done by the utility. Furthermore, it appears that not every location/township that is scheduled of the supposed set load reduction is affected by this. I say this, as it’s not the first time seeing that the other Zones in the same township (Pimville) would have electricity whereas we don’t however we are all scheduled to being in load reduction. Is is because our residence don’t protest and cause damages? is that the only action that the power utility responds to? Please look into this misconduct it’s extremely unfair
