Load reduction

This thing that they call Load reduction at Nzhelele Ha Rabali,we are really suffering, every day 17h00 until 19h30 in the evening and 05h00 until 07h30 in the morning, it's so annoying, just imagine preparing for work and school in darkness everyday and when coming back from work,it's so dark because of their Load reduction, and worst part it's only selected places,iyoo we are suffering xem.
