LIVING IN THE DARK SINCE 2016

I app**** for a free electricity back in 2016 for my home in Lower Mncuncuzo, Cofimvaba, Eastern Cape. Eskom reps came for evaluation same year and gave me the reference number ***.

I have been calling Eskom all these years and the answer I receive is "that the application is still in process, still awaiting the funds from the government". To my surprise there has been more new development in the area from 2017 onwards and those homes have electricity.

It's yet another winter without electricity and when I call all I hear is that the application is still in process.
