Link line phase down

Since the 26/02/2016 your link line phase was down and you guys know about it but no one cares, KMVD003-8 is the structure that I am talking about. The fuse on the cutouts on one phase blown causing your customers pulling from this phase suffer because of 2mns fix problem, please people this is causing some damages to our belongings, I have now lost all I have on my fridge, R1500 gone! Its even worse we notified you via phone. No one cares because we are in rurals. Its unfair
