light cut off

Kindly note that I did make a call at the Eskom -Call Center Monday the lady i spoke to had said that a technician would call through at my home within 4-6 hours but no one turned up i called again yesterday spoke to Harry who gave above reference,saying the same within 4-6 hours a technician will come up until now no one has come through, again yesterday i phoned after 7 i left voice mail still no answer .

I would really appreciate it if this matter could be treated as matter of urgency.
