Life threatening situations considered as a JOKE

I Have a burned wire on 1 off my phases and loose connections on the breakers on our eskom box that supplies to my main DB on the property seeing this not life threatening to your new ROBOT employees I would like speak to someone that will not tell me "please press 1" also the main line from the street has no fuses live wires and we are constantly without power ( and this will be the issues of my burning wires) and without all the main protections from the main feed I would like an explanation how this is not life threatening
