Left cable exposes in a residential property

<p>It has been 2 weeks since a technician came and left a cable on the ground from the box outside home through to the drive areas till like on the street .I have sent numerous emails even to people in told that are supervisors but no response.kindly assist my neighbours are already complaining about safety of kids who play there</p>
