Lack of URGENCY - NO SERVICE

I reported a power outage 4 weeks ago, first ref *** and the feedback was the same always "We are aware of your outage, a technician will be sent" till today nothing sorted, they even close my ref without solving the query. I logged it again, ref 968 514 365 still the same feedback computer message "We are aware of your outage, a technician will be sent" Pathetic service I must say, yet I buy electricity. I've had to throw away meat, can't pump water
