Lack of Service

Im so very disappointed with Eskom, i have logged a fault on monday night but still today (thursday) the fault has not be attended to. Bare in mind that we have more than ten (10) Eskom vehicles with more than 20 personnel in our small two of Peddie Town but they failing to attend to our faults. this is so frustrating considering that their terrifs have gone up just yesterday!
