Just plain pathetic service from Eskom

Terrible pathetic service from Eskom in the Western Cape. My wife reported a fault yesterday afternoon @ 16h06 and was informed that the problem will be addressed within 7 and half hours. It's now 15h30 the following day, and still no technician was on site to fix the problem. She has just logged another call, and was told she can expect the technician within the same turnaround time quoted above. Some thought for Eskom, follow up calls needs to be addressed asap. Hopefully the WC will have alternative electricity supply in the near future, so that we don't have to deal with *********** people and companies that is damaging our beautiful country!
