Its a very bad service from Eskom Technician s

I had a bad experice with Eskom we had no electricity since yestaday ,i reported 3 times and 2 of my reffence were closed without being helped,The note attached to one off the refrence,they indicated that its a nonke Eskom fault but its a fault from the Supplier or contractor, i find it strange and frustrating because i of being neglected while we pay for the service that we don't get while we need helped.here are some of my reference *** and ***
