It is the worst experience i ever had with a company

It is the worst experience i ever had with a company. Every now and then they cut the power of and then they have the cheek to ask for a price hike every once in a while. Their customer service are horrible. If they answer the phone which they almost never do they take forever to come to you to fix a problem. They are just rotten to the core and *******. Total mismanagement!!
