it is quite disturbing that in this day and time theres still racial segregation and ************** when it comes to service delivery. it has become a norm that during load shedding in my arrea mofolo south soweto , we experience long hours without electricity, we have been with no electricity since yesterday 4pm till now, every time we have load shedding its 5 hours and yet we pay for rates , what nonsense is this , is this some kind of revenge for apartheid regime for losing power that soweto residence have to suffer , this is a disgrace and ramaphosa is condoning such ******** and racial acts
