IRRITATED & ANNOYED

WOW..... That is about all I can say!!! I have called 4 x this morning, times being 6min, 7min, 8min & 7min respectively. Each time you can actually hear the Call Person picking up the Call and then just dropping the phone. You should be ashamed of yourselves!! If it was'nt for US CUSTOMERS...... YOU would not be employed. It is Customers like us, that keep you employed. So what are we paying for? **** Service is about the only conclusion that I can come up with. Get your act together ESKOM.
