Intentional Electricity Switch Off

We have been facing total blackout of electricity in Antony lembede Avenue, Wiggins, durban (precisely the whole area) which is not related to load shedding. It has been happening for the past 2 weeks now but it seems like it is getting worse On Wednesday at 17:10 we had no electricity till Thursday 16:40. On Friday at 17:21 till now 02:49 we still do not have electricity, this problem is not related to any technical problem. Coming back from work with no electricity and waking up going back to work with no electricity, how are we supposed to survive.
