Insensitivity and arrogance that is Eskom

<p>Haven't experienced such bad service in my entire life! Eskom sucks! I've been without electricity for 3 full days, numerous calls each day and numerous reference numbers later, problem still not resolved. A sickly elderly in the house who's health is dependent on electricity run machines, I have had to shuttle to friends to ensure proper recovery. Food gone bad. It is all a mess. The insensitivity of this service provider whom I pay upfront for this service, is unbelievable. Eskom, YOU SUCK!!
