Insane price on Prepaid Installation

How can a prepaid box at 20Amp be R 900 and a prepaid box at 60Amp be R 16 000 from Eskom? Where's the logic? 10 years ago they installed a 80Amp for R 1 100. Taking into account inflation and all that, there is no way a lower ampage box can be R 16 000 now, compared to 10 years ago.
