Incorrect meter installation

I paid Eskom R1600 for a meter box that was damaged by the ex-tenants. They came and installed it just above the sink, I asked them, they said it wont be a problem. The developer built the house and needs Eskom to remove the box closer to the DBbox. I have been told different excuses, sometimes they say, they are sending a team and its not sorted until now. <br> <br> I am so gaatvol with Eskom, I wish there was a better alternative to this f...n Eishkom.<br> We cant even install security system in the house, because there is no electricity!!!!<br> even the plugs next to the metrbox is not working, they say its the customer's fault !. How the F## is that my fault if the team never tested the plugs when they installed!!!<br> <br> Do I have to beg for a service that I am paying for !!!!! #
