INCONSISTENT BILLING FIGURES?

Eskom has no empathy for the poor! My father-in-law had a outstanding bill with Eskom which one department said is one amount, which we paid! Another department then said connection fee should be paid, which we did! Now remember we are doing this for a pensioner whom has no electricity! To our horror the two outstanding was not all another fee was needed to connect electricity, we had no choice but to pay as numerous email correspondence to explain different figures went unanswered! Our problem now is that these amounts were paid and Eskom don’t return my in-laws needed electricity! All correspondence ceased after payments made! Truly heartless institution! SHAME ON YOU!
