I would like to lay a complaint against Hendrina Roux your Service Ageng from your Nigel branch for giving incorrect information to customers (me) regarding meter readings. According to her I was suppose to only given a 5 digit meter reading number because the sixth number is always running and there is no need to give the six number as a reading, now she is denying everything she has said. October 2014 last year I went to see her personally regarding a account of R11,239.9 that was incorrect. In January 2015 the account was still not fixed so I asked her again to fix the account, eventually on the 14th January 2015 she sent me a mail to let me know that the account was sorted out. On 01 May 2015 I received another account from Eskom with the amount of R19,466.35 I'm a pensioner and only have a small business to keep a roof over my head and food on the table now I have this huge bill from Eskom I can't afford due to one person in your company that gave us the incorrect information.
