***********, pathetic, bankrupt Eskom

I refer to above matter and have been dealing with Dimitri Carelse, Jolande Moos and Allistair Pieterse.

I have now made numerous telephone calls and have sent various emails without avail. None of aforesaid individuals ever return calls, nor do they respond on the emails. Furthermore I had to make a deposit in access of R18K for the installation of a pre-paid meter and has Eskom now by sitting on our money for nearly 2 months without anything being done. Luwardo Lewis from Eskom, came to see me on 1 December and advised me that Dimitri Carelse ordered just the pole and none of the equipment. According to Allistair Pieterse the contractors would have been here last week already to install the pole and do the job, and did that not happen either. Alistair also promised to call me back - that did not happen either (What a laughable matter .... no wonder Eskom is having so many problems, as the majority of the people that work for them have no service etiquette or are ***********, and only sit around to receive a pay check)

I am at the end of my patience with these ***********, non-responsive people and want a refund of my deposit and to cancel this job!!! Three guys came out to look at the site, then we waited another couple of weeks for the paperwork, which we completed and returned. Then we waited for the invoice which only arrived in October. We made the payment and sent the proof of payment to above parties, and now we are nearly at Xmas time, with STILL no installation.
