Incompetency of Eskom technicians.

Eskimo has been putting these new safer boxes in..It's been two weeks since they did they in my area..And there's trippings every 5min..I tried to report it and what they do is lift the breaker and leave..I have to call again..And then a different guy comes and not to help believe me..just to let me know that he won't fix the problem..It's the 1st guys job to have made sure it doesn't happen again..And he leaves..I went straight to Eskom hoping I would get hold of a supervisor or or manager..but I was just given a phone to call the same customer care line I have been calling from home..I have 6 reference numbers from six calls..It's been 28hours without power now..the technicians are running away from the problem..I'm not sure if they have anyone competitent enough and determined enough to deal with this issue.
