Incompetence of Eskom sterkspruit subcontractors

I had a problem with our electrical box at home My brother went to eskom offices in sterkspruit they assign one of their workers to come out and inspect the box to see what was the problem The gentleman came to our house he inspected the box and established what was fault a box needed to be replaced but he did not carry any boxes with him he said he will go back to the office to report he findings and bring us a new box in the mean time we should not load electricity until he returns he showed my brother how to operate the box so that we will not stay in darkness but he never returns my brother went back to the offices to find out what is happening why is this guy not coming back to resolve the issue at hand your office appoint another person to assist but when this guy gets to our house he just look at the box and assume that we tempered with the meter box He cuts our cable be cause we couldn't not give him the R200 for cold drink as they call it we are now sitting in darkness with the bill of R6054 for problem that was created by your employee tell me why we should pay for a fault that you created
