Incompetence from eskom

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. We have head a power outage since the 27th of March and still nothing has been done about it. No technical staff has bothered to come around to at least assess the damage. I have been calling 2 to 3 times everyday. We are suppose to get technicians from Port St Johns to come and fix our electricity but till today its been radio silent.
