I have been complaining about Ga-rankuwa hostels for the past few month and nothing is happening we are buying electricy and they dont buy we even last year had a transformer problem of which is sorted now buy people living next to the hostels did reveived penalty letters of R6500 and they did made arragements but as for the hostel dwellers they are still getting free electricity and this is not fare to some of us please do some thing previous ref number is WA***
