******* connections

I reported ******* connections that was done by my neighbour in 2010 but till today I never receive any feedback from Eskom as I have been reporting the matter to them. I have been following up but they just provide empty promises that they will come and deal with the matter but no one comes to check the report I made as I still see the connection that my neighbour has made so its really painful that one reports matters like this but no action has been taken. please assist urgent as this connection is affecting me directly.
