Ignorance by eskom

I have a house that I'm renting out. My tenants temper the box, I only find out when they left. I went to eskom to report it. They charge me R6052. 60 I paid on the 3rd June 2020 the whole amount I've been calling them, they promise to come and install the box, I even went to their office Bellville they closed, I've been seeking help I do find any. I've been calling them, almost every week they give me references without help,. I have a proof of payment.. My house is still dark.. I really need help.
