I would love to rely on Eskom service to legitimate customers

We have a prepaid Eskom meter in a house in the Krugersdorp area and it is not functioning. Despite two emails to the Eskom Customer Services there has been no response from them at all. In addition, I have tried calling their help line and, again, there is no response at all. I don't know what to do next!!
