I want my money back

Back in April Eskom installed the new meter boxes in vosloorus and the workers accidentally broke my wifi caple and when Vuma cam to fix it I was told they will need to reinstall it from scratch as the damage is big…I then paid Vuma to install the wifi and I sent the invoice to eskom to reimburse me along with pictures and it’s now the 5th month ..I keep following up and they send me from pillar to post :(
