I have moved initially i battled to get the electricity cut at my property

I have moved initially i battled to get the electricity cut at my property. I now have quite a big deposit as it was 3 phase power and I am unable to get my refund paid back to me. This has been ongoing since 10th March 25. Currently not getting any response from the Bellville office at all.
