I have logged calls over the past year with Eskom and have no joy

I have logged calls over the past year with Eskom and have no joy. My prepaid meter screen is dead. I cannot see anything and cannot buy and insert. I have to lead electric from my neighbour. Their automated WhatsApp reporting system is useless in the case of this eventuality. Pleeeease help. My prepaid meter account is ***
