I hate eskom

I've been without power since 2 Dec. I've been calling the 0800 nr dailywith no answer. At this moment I've been on the phone for 54 minutes hoping for someone to answer. I've sent smses. I've emailed. I even tried to contact a technician directly. I need to take leave to go to an eskom office. Worst is my boss is not allowing me to take leave "this time of year". I'm so so upset with them. I hate this country for allowing it to be in such disarray.

Eskom is the pinnacle of embarrassment to our country.
